What is MySchoolSync?

MySchoolSync is a school management platform built to simplify how schools operate. It handles student registration, attendance, gradebook, class management, parent communication, and billing — all in one place.

Who is this for?

It's designed for schools of any size. Whether you have 20 students or 500, the platform scales with your school.

How much does it cost?

We offer tiered packages based on your school size: Starter (up to 50 students) — $200/year, Growth (51–100) — $400/year, Standard (101–200) — $650/year, Premium (201–300) — $1,000/year, and Academy (301+) — $1,600/year. All plans include every feature with no setup fees. If your school doesn't fit a package, contact us for a custom plan. Every school gets a 7-day free trial.

How do parents register their children?

Each school gets a unique registration link (e.g., yourschool.myschoolsyncapp.com/register). Parents fill out one form with family and student information. Admins can then review and approve registrations.

Can parents see their child's grades and attendance?

Yes. Each parent gets access to a Parent Portal where they can view attendance records, grades, report cards, school announcements, the calendar, and their payment history.

Can teachers take attendance and enter grades?

Yes. Teachers have their own Teacher Portal where they can take attendance for their assigned classes, enter grades, view reports, share class resources, and email parents directly.

Can I manage multiple classes and subjects?

Absolutely. You can create classes by subject and category, assign teachers, set schedules, and manage enrollment — all organized by academic year.

Is our data secure?

Yes. Each school's data is completely isolated. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, and all data is encrypted in transit. Only authorized users within your school can access your data.

Can I send emails to parents?

Yes. Admins can send bulk emails to all parents, specific classes, or individual families. Teachers can also email parents of students in their classes directly from the platform.

Do you support multiple schools?

Yes. The platform is multi-tenant — each school operates independently with its own settings, classes, academic years, and data. This is ideal for organizations that manage several school locations.
